only way to have emotional awareness of or intimacy with another person. It also weeds out thought
pollution so you can think more clearly and fully
engage your mind and heart on solving problems. Thinking of the moment you're in, prevents or
reduces feelings of overwhelm.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven...
Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 (KJV)
This session is focused on perspective. As the
seasons of our planet, so do our lives have seasons. When a loved one is ill or nearing the end of life it
can be easy to lose that perspective. Each of us
has a beginning and an end. When we think of
this as a natural unfolding rather than trauma, it changes the experience from something to be feared,
to something to be reveared and supported.
